primi with incidental finding of a mass in epigastrium with no other complain . how to proceed further?

At present otherwise also u simply just can't tt the pt. So just wait till she is is delivered. Then go for MRI to get the final diagnosis then she can be treated accordingly.

Which trimester is she in Cystic lesions in pregnancy usually arise from adrenal or pancreas. Anyway do an MRI abdomen to characterise the lesion. Do not wait.

PT may have mesenric cyst but final diagnosis by MRI. FNC MR I But Waite till delivery if pregnancy course is not distribing
Most likely GIST. organ of oringin? Suggest an UGI, MRI, biopsy for hpe and special staining
USG guided fnac
