Itching multiple scaly lesions throughout the body with fever Loss of appetite, constipation since 2 days . Urine colour is red . Investigations not done What is your diagnosis on appearance?

Sir, rule out Porphyria also (either Porphyria Cutanea Tarda or Acute Intermittent Porphyria). Itchy scaly lesions, hyper pigmentation, constitutional symptoms, dark urine goes in favour of Acute intermittent porphyria. Could also be ? Erythroderma.
Multiple large scales with exfoliation and looks like burns with severe itching, pain and Fever. History of drug intake present for PSORIASIS. Using prednisolone and other antipsoroatic medicines may precipitate the condition called ERYTHRODERMA PSORIASIS. It could be due to sudden withdrawal of systemic treatment and alcohol ( he is chronic alcoholic) Investigations: Blood sugars, LFT, Kidney function tests, blood cultures, Management: 1) Oral steroids withdrawal by tappering. 2) Fluid replacement with balancing of electrolytes 3) Absolute Bed rest in warm environment. 4) Nutritional support. 5) Emollients with cool and wet dresses. 6) Plasma Rich protein ( PRP) are advisable.
Better to refer this case to General Physician.

Do complete.investigation Any medicines taken ? Looks to b allethic reaction in form of exfoliation.
Acute intermittent porphyria....Please rule out any drug history
