Yes - Endothelial injury plays a major role . As prothrombotic state occurs early in the course of disease and becomes more pronounced with worsening severity of infection. That is why of late the role of aspirin is considered in COVID-19 disease because Aspirin have following beneficial effects in these patients 1.Anticoagulanf and anti - platelet aggregation 2.Anti- inflammatory effects 3.Inhibiting Virus replication 4.Anti - Lung injury Thanks
