Help diagnose this idiopathic harmorrhagic lesions

27/y/o with sudden occurring haemorrhagic lesions on arms & legs. They appear on their own, no H/o trauma. It is associated with itching & mild pain. No h/o any systemic disease Prakriti kapha vata Agni samanya Mal & jihva nirama

Dx purpura D/d petechiae Blood spots under the skin may be either purpura or petechiae. Purpura might look like bruises, but they are not caused by an injury as most regular bruises are. Petechiae don't look like bruises. Various causes like any medications, bleeding or clotting disorders, infection like sepsis, chronic inflammatory disease like Lupus, liver disease like cirrhosis, some typea of cancer, vasculitis, Malnutrition, such as deficiencies of vitamins B12, C, or K, or folic acid.

Adv CBC low level of platlets can cause these type of lesion...
Needs pathological investigation to evaluate the cause.

Deppana pachan aqushadis,Snehana ,swedana and virechana essential. Internally give manjistadi ks 15ml twice a day,Saribadyasavam 30ml Twice da day, application of Dineshaeladi tailam,Mahathiktha Ghritham with Haridra Khanda at 7 A M and 5 PM
I think normal like as skin rashes.just sprinkle candid antifungal powder
