Sir this looks likes frictional keratosis.. Malposition of upper wisdom tooth is responsible in this case.. Pls Chek the position of upper wisdom tooth of same side.. If it is present and impinging the buccal mucosa while chewing.. Then refer to the the patient to dentist for the extraction of upper wisdom tooth
Lichen Planus will be present bilaterally... Leukoplakia - Smoking history should be positive.. Likely to be frictional keratosis ... If impacted 3 molar, treat it first..
It looks like due to trauma from cusp Round them and d/d is leukoplakia for confirmation biopsy is required You haven't mentioned about burning sensation
