What was the birth weight/height. What was wt. at SAM ...&... now after cure. Daily it must grow 15-20 gms/day Monitor HC... Keep the baby warm... Only Breast milk... Watch for urine output... After 6 months start complementary food along with breast milk... Arrange for Immunisation till date... Prevent infection by keeping baby in a clean, sanitary atmosphere... Arrange Iron/Calcium/Multivitamins/Vit.D3, according to needs F/U baby... it will improve

As patient is known case of SAM and came in follow-up... These symptoms can cause due to hypervitaminosis-D need vit d level.... And raised ALP level need further investigation to rule out hypophospatamic and VDD rickets
