1 yr mch having lesions since 4mnth and itching over lesions. No other infected in family. Diagnosis and treatment

Dd 1.Pyoderma 2.infected molluscum contagiosum 3.scabies with secondary infection. Treat the secondary infection first.. Give syp amoxclav bd as per weight. Syp hydroxizine at night. Condys compresses over the crusted oozing lesions.. Mupirocin cream twice a day... Follow up after a week.. If itching still persists give an antiscabetic application for the child..below neck to toe over night,with the family treatment.
There is no any case of itching or any lesion in family
