Hy doc, Cracks at the corners of mouth can also be seen. They are usually the prodromal symptoms of herpes labialis. Also, the ulcers on tongue are due to viral infection. It's a case of herpes labialis.(HSV-1 infection) Treatment includes antivirals, maintenance of diet, proper liquid food. Application of gels for symptomatic relief.
