Eye infection

A bullock with sever lacrimation and swollen eye was presented to our VDN. As per owner history it was treated for a week by local people with home remedies. Swealling and Lacrimation worsened the condition, and they brought to Hospital. Treatment: Eye was washed with Normal Saline, inj. (Dexamethasone +Gentamycin) ; Sub Conjuctival, Eye drop. Pyricort With in single day of treatment it shown good result. Please suggest any ethnoveterinary practices for eye infection.

Subconjunctival injection given difficult or no
One should be cautious while doing Sub Conjuctival injection. Animal should be handled properly. And better if we use insuline syringe for Sub Conjuctival injection.
