Identify these lesions

A 30-year-old male healthy patient with no contact with animals or sand, present with these lesions for about 3 weeks. Lesions are very itchy, but no other symptoms. what could this be?

ACD / ICD Levocet 5mg bd. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply caladryl lotion apply lobate-S oint locally bd. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Keep area clean and covered with sterile gauge. Protect against exposure to sunlight and bad weather conditions.

Contact dermatitis .. Avoid contact with possible allergen. Steroid/ Neomycine/ Micanazole ointment application. Fexafedine 180.OD.
Tinea Corporis. Expression got changed because of superimposed features due to scratching.
