Redness & whitish spot in her left eye with blurred vision

A 32 32 y/o female came with c/o of redness and a whitish spot in her left eye with blurred vision and foreign body sensations without any significant pain for 2 weeks. She had been using monthly disposable soft contact lenses for 1 year and regularly rinsed her contact lenses and case using commercial disinfectant solutions, but she also used tap water on many occasions. The visual acuity of the left eye was light perception with wrong projection and the right eye was 6/6 with correction. Examination of the left cornea showed a semi-circular central ulcer with a 5.8-mm area and 1/3 stromal depth. Can you please help in this case.

Ulcerative keratitis.
Corneal ulcer
SUGGESTIVE OF ACANTHAMOEBA KERATITIS... SECONDARY. TO ... CONTAMINATION. TO CONTACT. LENS
Perhaps acanthamoeba keratitis following contact lens wear but using contaminated water
Acanthameba corneal ulcer cholorhexidine 0.02% Polyhexamethylene biguanide
Post traumatic corneal ulcer need of corneal transplant
Suggestive of "Acanthamoeba Keratitis"₩ Corneal Ulcer.
