Psoriasis lesion

Lady aged 39yrs old complaining of itching and spreading of lesion in upwards direction.Works as security guard and wear socks most of the day.Levocet and itracanazole already given by gp without any relief.Pl help in diagnosis and treatment of the same.

Lesions are psoriatic Psoriasis vulgaris Rx tacrolimus 0.03%oint twice daily CSR 6%oint twice daily Tab Levocetrizine5mg 1bd Tab dispred4mg 1tds Tab methotrexate 10mg weekly Review every fortnightly
