sinus tachycardia with minor st depressions in precordial leads. only the patient should be observed .
I don't understand concluding remark of WPW SYNDROME NO SURPRISED IF ANY CARDIOLOGIST DYE BY SEEING THIS ECG with dx of wpw
He will not die if looking at avf lead in which delta wave is clearcut visible .pt had two episolds of svt while resting.
