ACUTE CEREBELLAR BLEED WITH OBSTRUCTIVE HYDROCEPHALUS

27yrs old male patient presented to casualty in unconscious state approximately 2days after acute dizziness with Severe headache and vomittings.Upon arrival his GCS 4/15 with dilated fixed pupils and having gasping respiration with Spo2 87%.No other comorbidies.O/e - BP - 80/60 on inotropes support,PR -45,RR -15.NEUROSURGEON explained poor Prognosis to relatives.WHAT ABNORMALITY SEEN IN CT SCAN HEAD AND ALSO DISCUSS PROGNOSIS??

Blood in the rt cerebellum,vermis ,4th ventricle ,3rd ventricle ,body and posterior horn of both lateral ventricles with early hydrocephalus. Pupils bilaterally dialated and fix with gasping respiration. Suggest symptomatic treatment. Prognosis is extremely poor.

Acute cerebellar massive hemorrhage most likely an ANEURYSMAL RUPTURE- with extension of hemorrhage in lateral , 3rd and 4th ventricle with obstructive hydrocephalus . Considering severe hemorrhage and global cerebral anoxia due to hemorrhagic shock, poor GCS , and dilated fixed pupils - a poor prognosis. Only conservative treatment with ventilatory support and pray to god

Right cerebellar and vermian hematoma with intraventricular and subarachnoid space extension. Carry poor prognosis. Plz give feedback regarding patient status too. This will help us.

There is cerebellar bleed with blood in 4th, 3rd and lateral venticles. Also some ventriculomegaly. Needs to be operated for cerebellar bleed with EVD . Prognosis is poor.

Intracerebral Haemorrhage with IV extrnsion judging by his ICH score,he is having poor Prognosis.Few hours later patient expired due to cardio Respiratory arrest. RIP
