1.5 yr old female child with fever, moderate grade with cough ,cold since 3 days No drug history initially rash on the face now generalised with pruritis.

Fever, cough, RASH ON FACE TO START, LATER GENERALISED, IF MMR VACCINE NOT TAKEN, THEN IT IS "MEASLES".

Kindly note that child is immunised against measles at 9 and 15 months and has no ass conjunctivitis or loose motions or koplik spots
