1 yr old child. Fever, cough 3 days TC 16000 wth P 80% and P 20%. Xray chest attached. Dx and Rx please.

Rotated film. Slight heziness seen on left upper lung field. Likely bronchiolitis sec to staphylococcal/ pneumococcal species. Adv oxygen support and hydration. Ampicillin cloxacillin, gentamicin would be sufficient coverage for treating this patient.

Yes ...rotated film...to me no obvious Radiological signs of pulmonary parenchyma WBC 16 k...No clinical signs described to give the presenter diagnosis.. No radiological diagnosis obvious.
