i think its a case of colitis . give syp lcin oz 6 ml twice daily . syp darolac 5 ml twice daily . tab ondem md 1 tab thrice daily for 2 to 3 days along with tab lansoprazole 30 mg one tab once daily . hope it helps .

Duration of symptoms not mentioned. Any other symptoms? What was the need for USG?. If acute then Indigestion/ food poisoning. Treat with ondansetron and PPI If associated with fever then need to look for typhoid, malaria, dengue If longer duration and only vomiting - check LFT . If raised transaminase the ?anicteric hepatitis. Its mostly due to non hepatotrophic viral or hepatotrophic like hep E hep A.
