PELLGRA DISEASE

10-yr-old boy with autism and with a cardiac defect presented with well-demarcated, erythematous, eroded plaques with desquamation on his hands, forearms, posterior neck, and dorsal feet for 6 months. It always flares up with weekend swimming activity. He was asymptomatic. He had limited verbal skills. No other systemic symptoms and/or signs. His father denied about behavioral changes and diarrhea. His diet was extremely limited, consisting mostly of apples, popcorn, potato chips, cheese puffs, and chocolate milk. He did not regularly eat meat, eggs, or cereals. What is the probable diagnosis? * Carcinoid syndrome Hartnup disease Pellagra Crohn's disease Coeliac
