In modern times early Menache is a usual phenomenon- unlike 50 years, back when menarche or puberty was delayed . These days lot of factors are important fir such a change Nutritional habits such as formula feeding during early infancy, increased subcutaneous fat, a high body mass index, early exposure to endocrine-disruptor chemicals, and the consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages (SSB) as well as the increased prevalence of precocious puberty are possible factors responsible for early menarche.. Increased pollution is also attributed . So in this case - just re- Assurance I required

Nothing to worry. Reassurance and councelling required. Mobile era provides us various activities before age or some material not readable or watchable at this age may be shared. Maximum time be share with mother and elder sister's. Expert opinion may be helpful.

Early menarche (b/w 9 to 11.5 yrs) may at times be associated with brain and spinal cord abnormalities (injury/hydrocephalus/hamartoma, etc.), hypothyroidism, problems with ovaries, adrenal & pituitary gland abnormalities. A pediatric + gynecology opinion should be taken. It can have a considerable impact on the child's mental/psychological/sexual outcomes - counselling/behavioral therapy and follow-up should be done. It could predispose her to early CVD, breast cancer, obesity, diabetes and so on.

UNUSUAL .. NOTHING TO WORRY .. ENDOCRINOLOGIST OPINION ..
