Dr Pankaj kumar, This has been clarified b 4 by me. Impetigo is a superfical crusted pyoderma. Icthyma is ucerated , deep, pyoderma.The later can be described in terms of any ulcer as to floor, sides, base , graulation/ pus contained etc. The virulence of the organ vs host resistance determines the tissue response.
