Upper Respiratory tract infection

11 Month old kid has fever for one day and mild peri oral Rash @with no other associated symptoms, kid is active, taking oral feeds both solid, liquid and breast milk, getting diapers wet adequately, passing stool once a day. Child is irritable during fever and fever comes down immediately post giving paracetamol. All the family members tested for covid 19 RT PCR and antibodies negative. What is the next management in this case?

URT..infection, still watch on vitals,if not releived, investigations needed eg.CBC,RoT, Dengue, Urinalysis.

All the family members tested for COVID 19 RT PCR and antibodies negative including this child? Susp. CLAVIPEN (228.5) 5ml BDPC x5days. Susp. Bifilac 2.5 ml OD X CONTINUE. ORSL DROPS. ASTYMIN C 10DROPS OD X CONTINUE.
