11 yr female with multiple White patches in mouth on FLUCANOZOLE 50 MG OD CANDIDI MOUTH PAINT for 3 days. No significant improvement. plz suggest further lin9of treatment.
It is only 3days . Do not expect miraculous recovery. Give at least 10days treatment and if no improvement, go for alternative drugs as suggested by our esteemed colleagues
Add: Amoxiclav, Metronidazole, NSAID, Betadine MW, Zytee before meals.
Add.inj optinurone 1 amp I'm bd, inj Gentamycin 80 mg bd ,tab metrogyl bd.anti inflammatory , betadine wash and apply boroglycerine+airway gel locally bd. Maintain good caloric intake orally or through IV.

Start i/ v fluids with supplementing vit , antibiotics including metrogyl.good topical care with boroglycerine add betnesol tab in glycerine, Add turmeric powd while applying glycerine U will get miraculous result . Stop antifungal Use i/ v steroid to reduce inflammation.
Treatment is ok.Still you may add Linezolid, Metronidazole,Chlrhexidin cream,B complex
I think it’s fungal stomatitis with candidiasis and also fungal gingivitis,this should be treated with fluconazole,metrogyl and multivitamins and painkillers sos basis.also use some oral hygiene agent.
