11 yrs old boy come with chest deformity since birth. no other abnormal finding.kindly give u opinion regarding diagnosis
*CONGENITAL ANOMALY OF THE RIGHT SIDE SCAPULA. CXR SHOWS RIGHT SIDE RIBS ANOMALIES, WITH CHEST WALL DEFORMITY. LEFT SIDE PECTORALIS MAJOR ABSENT. DX : KHYPO-SCOLYOSIS WITH POLAND SYNDROME. SCREEN FOR OTHER CONGENITAL ANOMALIES TOO.
Congenital scoliosis Ddx. Poland syndrome
Sprengel's deformity.
Winged scapula due to paralysis of Serratus anterior muscle, possibly due to lateral thoracic nerve involvement.
Poland syndrome Absence of pectoralis major
Pectus excavatum
Poland syndrome
Sprengel’s deformity ..
