11years boy with a/h/o trauma to forehead on 18/11/2020. Ct scan as in picture. No-functional complaints. Management?
the case was managed withbfat grafting to the depressed area. as the patient had no functional complaints and it was presumed that cranioplasty n elevation of the fracture segments could be overkill n difficult owing to the time period of the fracture
Depressed fractured fragments to be removed&cranioplasty shold be done. No brain injury. For cosmetic purpose.
Depressed #frontal bone lt glabella Though it is piercing or compressing brain but definitely depressed fragments need elevation hence take opinion of neurosurgeon
