Concluded answer

the case was managed withbfat grafting to the depressed area. as the patient had no functional complaints and it was presumed that cranioplasty n elevation of the fracture segments could be overkill n difficult owing to the time period of the fracture

Depressed fractured fragments to be removed&cranioplasty shold be done. No brain injury. For cosmetic purpose.

Sir, with due respect, I was wondering since the patient has no such functional problems and minimal depression per se on external appearance.. wouldn't a cranioplasty procedure turn to be a overkill procedure ?

Depressed #frontal bone lt glabella Though it is piercing or compressing brain but definitely depressed fragments need elevation hence take opinion of neurosurgeon
