3.5yr girl child with these papular lessions since 3 months, severely itchy, gradually increased in number on dorsal aspect of upper limbs n lower limbs below knees, no allergic history, no history of chronic illness, no lessions in the mouth, no history of fever,eating well, active, none of the family members have this, kindly opine
