12 years boy 27 kg C/o dry cough since 1.5 months loss of apetite RS wheez bl wbc 11100 esr 45 neutrophils 70% plz dx and rx
Dear Dr.Aamir Sir "It seems X-ray film is Normal" No h/0 of fever WBC a little increased 11100 but ESr is 45. C/0 dry cough from 1.5 mnts. May b Viral infection. My suggestion is Check With Stethoscope both lung .nd chest area. Adv:--Mntux. After that treat Symptomatically Rx. Tab.Cefixim-az for 5 days. Tab.solvin bd According to age nd weight. Piriton syp.
Prominent bronchovascular margins noted. Otherwise normal CXR. Adv Sputum examination AEC Post nasal discharge Thorat swab for influenza typing.
Xray chest is NAD Likely viral cough Rx tab azithromycin 250mg 1od Cough suppressants Tan n acetyl cysteine
Normal chest X ray Look for causes such as Viral infection Allergic cough Asthma
NAD PFT to rule out obstructive pulmonary disease. Deworming may help A course of Diethyl Carbamazine citrate will help ENT opinion to rule out T & A ,ch sinusitis should be done .
SUGGESTIVE OF BRONCHITIS ADVISABLE SYMPTOMATIC MANAGEMENT AND FURTHER EVALUATION
Calcified foci in both midzone rt broncheictasis do cbnat hrct expiratory films esr45 active kochs with broncheictasis
