Tinea capitis.oral Griseofulvin and topical clotrimazole.

Trichotillomania. Adv: Minoxidil 5% Antipsychotic. D/D: Tinea Capitis. Alopecia areata.

SEBBORRHIC DERMITITIS with patchy ALOPECIA Rx tab azithromycin 500mg 1od Locally fucibact oint twice daily Once infection is resolved shift on ALOPECIA Regular shampooing with ketacanazole twice a week Locally betnovate oint on alopecic patches Also inj kenacort intradermal can be tried Visible hair roots encouraging for recovery Adv minoxidil 5% lotion infiltration twice daily Proper oiling of hairs Avoid using hard water for bath
