CEREBRAL PALSY

12 yr old male..spastic involuntary movements since birth, not cried after birth.. patient cannot stand sit and talk....what are the possible DDs and how to approach toward this case ?

spastic cerebral palsy,spastic quadriperisis.Start anti spastic medications along with physio therapy .Do MRI brain if possible.

Cerebral palsy. Suggest him Physiotherapy. Bobaths technique,CIMT,passive stretching,electrical stimulation,splinting,serial casting. As there will be delayed milestones ex's ti develop milestones.

Hypoxic cerebral injury with seizures disorder,. Mange seizurrsand physiotherapy to reduce spasticity and contractires.
