13 y.o female presented with the below hypopigmented macules and patches since 5 days , it is associated with itching, no history of any fever . Rash started over the limbs first and later over the trunk ,now it is seen all over the body.

Looks like ACD with pityriasis rosea . Discoid lesions like herald patch .to rule out numular eczema . Give Tab syscan 150 mg bd for a week . Syp Atarax 10 mg 8ml tid for a week . Dermocalm lotion and moisturex soap. Vit A and D3 supplement advised

Pityriasis versicolor with scabies

Lesions are seen of tenia versiculor Some of eruptions are infected appears to be scaboid I will prefer to treat as tenia versiculor Rx clop-s nano lotion twice daily Terbenafine oint twice daily Atarax syp Review after one week Moisturisers frequently

Pityriasis rosea. Will settle in about 2 to 3 weeks. Antihistamine calamine lotion If she is very uncomfortable oral steroid for a couple of days. Medrol 2.5 mg day for 5 days.
