Cervical spondiolytis, advised X-Ray cervical spine AP and lateral view.
Its a case of fibroma in the carpal tunnel compressing- median nerve entrapment syndrome .flexor retinaculum cut and fibroma removed .patient fine immediately after surgery.
Carpel tunnel syndrome/hansen disease if median nerve is involved
Check cervical spine and check for median nerve
