Sub arachnoid hemorrhage

26/m, fell down from bike, headache, vomiting, altered sensorium, what is seen in ct scan? what if the same seen in a patient without trauma?

it's post traumatic SAH.. treatment is conservative.. it this is without trauma, then it's aneurysmal bleed and needs angio+surgery or coiling

Yes head injury due to trauma In this case extradural hematoma lt frontal region With cerebral oedema Which can occur in infections like encephalitis meningitis Anoxia etc

Post trauma cerebral oedema.could also happen due to infections, hypertension, metabolic, ischemia,sol,etc
