13years female,since 3 years of age history of hemiparesis right side of body , today came with complaints of convulsions surprised to examine her , parents were taking treatment since last 10 years from multiple quacks advised CT EEG GOOD FINDINGS THOUGHT MUST BE SHARE

Epilepsia partialis congenita is also a condition where hemiatrophy, hemiplegia and resistant partial or complex partial seizures are seen. But here calveria is thickened. Prognosis poor related to seizures. They are very resistant and connot be controlled with 3or 4 AEDs requires hemithalamectomy or hemispherectomy.

Intersting case Sir.. What can be other differentials of such radiological findings...

These could be differential 1. hemimegalencephaly  2 Sturge-Weber syndrome: can also be an association 3 Rasmussen encephalitis: tends not to have calvarial changes
