Vulvovaginitis. Antibiotic, antifungal, anaerobic cover. Personal hygiene. Investigation for RE blood, RBS, STD Profile, Urine RE, C/S of discharge from the site for bacteria and fungus.( C/S will be better before giving medicine) Please take proper history of NAPKINS used as it may be a cause of the disease.

Pl rule out STD. Start doxycycline I'bd or Augumenin 1bd for 1week and review

Rule our chancroid LGV

? Accidental injuries. TAB ZIFI TURBO 1BD WITH TAB RUTA FLAME TDS WITH PPI AND DRESSING WITH HYDROHEAL

Offcourse she is just 14 year old but still I would suggest to rule out STDs like Herpes , syphilis etc Give broad spectrum antibiotics Perineal hygiene .

If not respond than add anti fungal
