Fungal Infection. Antihistamine orally. Antifungal orally and locally. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Keto soap powder and lotion locally. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge.
