Penetrating Injury

A 32 y,M undergone a arrow injury by unknown persons.on arriving into casualty pt vitals are stable. Two arrows are present,one is at right side anterior part of chest, another is on the right upper abdomen lateral side.......on USG no lung/solid organ injury,minimal amount of haemoperitonium noted....we operated the pt by giving midline incision..... luckily the pt didn't have major injury,just breach the peritoneum....we closed the peritoneum &kept a drain....for chest injury preoperatively kept a ICD. Chest injury present upto muscle plane only.....on 5 POD we discharged the pt successfully......

A rare case - we have generally not seen arrows in this modern times with this presentation. A good work done - congrats. But what about the medico - legal aspect of the case
