Incomplete Annular plaque since 3 months with raised slightly scaly edge and Atrophic center. DD: 1. Granuloma Annulare 2. Cutaneous Sarcoidosis 3. Leprosy BT 4. Deep Fungal Infection like Coccidiodomycosis 5. Lupus Vulgaris 6. Mycosis Fungoides 7. ?? I would have preferred skin biopsy from 2 sites- Edge as well as Center. Histopathology study - If indicated Culture will give definite diagnosis. Thanks for reading my view.
