15 months old male child with fever

Vaccinated as per schedule Chief Complaints Runny nose 10 days Fever 5 days History H/o recurrent urticaria, 3 episodes over last 6 months. Treated for current symptoms with Azithromycin and Amoxicillin clavulanic acid. Vitals WNL Physical Examination NAD Investigations Attached below Diagnosis Being considered for SARS COV2 PCR test. Management Tab Augmentin Tab PCM sos ORS Which diagnosis pose a possibility looking at the CBC without any e/o inflammation as the CRP is normal?

rtPCR for SARSCOV2 came back positive. Child started getting lethargic next evening with aversion to feeding. Had to be admitted. Doing well now.

Stopped all antibiotics started elsewhere. Child is afebrile since. Mother said last time too Azithromycin was started and fever began to peak along with macular rash, probably for a viral fever. Thank you for expert comments.
