Bullous pemphigoid

a case of viral infections may be dengue hemorrhagic fever. check plt count and usg abdomen ,pelvis for abdominal organ injury or hematoma give antibiotics with hydration

The lesions appear to be multiple papules and pustules, some of which became confluent. H/O abdominal pain with per rectal bleed suggests that there is on going gastrointestinal bleed too. And with leuckocytosis.. D/D 1) viral hemorrhagic fever if fever is there(including dengue) 2) do a peripheral smear and platelet count to rule out haematological disorder 3) finally do an usg abdomen for any significant intra abdominal pathology. last but not least do urine routine.
