15 years girl multiple grouped vesicles on both sides of the neck since 3 days. no fever submandibular glands are enlarged. what is the diagnosis and treatment?

Multiple grouped vesicular lesions with erythematous base indicates Viral infection. Here patient given history of varicella infection in the childhood time. But here visual shows bilaterally may be the patient have immunocompetent. So may be called as HERPES ZOSTER DUPLEX SYMMRTRICUS. Treatment,..... Tab Acyclovir 800 mg ,4 Qid for 5 days. Pregbalin and methyl cobalamine Topical Acyclovir cream ... Monitoring the patient by observation.

SIR, According to da History, Multiple grouped vescles on Both Sides of Neck, ie Bilaterally--- --- Isn't..??? So, It's Hardly Possible to B a Case of 'Herpes Zoster', Bilaterally on neck--- Only DISSEMINATED ZOSTER(Condition generally seen in Immunosuppressed Patients), would B Both Sided of Neck--- In Those cases, Pain, Fever would B Present, But not here--- So, It should not B a case of Herpes Zoster--- Could B (?) Pyogenic Infection, may B caused by Staphylococcal Infection--- Thanks.

Multiple Vescles on erythematous base, could be HERPES ZOSTER. Submandibular gland swelling might be due to Shingles, (C2-C3 dermatome). Acyclovir 800mg mg Qds for 5 -7days. Methylcobalamin 750 + Nortriptyline 75 Bds for 10 -14days. Topical Acyclovir Ointment Warm compression over Submandibular gland.

If vesicles seen, (since this image is not so clear), then it is Herpes zoster Acyclovir , calamine lotion, Doxycycline BD.
