15Y/F,weight-35kg C/O- Pain in throat difficulty in swallowing Difficulty in breathing Headache,ghabrahat Occasionally earache Diagnosis-Tonsillitis Pt.on treatment Tab-Evion400mg 1OD Tab-Montair plus 1HS Tab-Para 500mg 1BD Tab-Ampilox LB 1BD after taking these medicine the pt feel better bt after sometime tend to reoccur since 1.5 year

Enlarged tonsills may be infected put the pt om amoxil doses according to use and refer to ENT specialist ,pt needs urgent Tonsillectomy. ,

BILATERAL TONSILLITIS..RECURRENT.. WITH URTI..OROPHARYNGITIS.. RX.. ANTIBIOTICS.. CLARITHROMYCIN..500MG.. X 5 DAYS NSAIDS..AS PER NEED.. ANTIHISTAMINES.. LEVOCETIRIZINE + MONTELUCAST.. PPI..SOS.. HEXIDINE..GARGLING .. AVOID.. COLD FOOD AND DRINK. PLANNING FOR SURGERY WITH EXPERTS OPINION..
