Kindly post the XRay of the proximal Tibia also. Looks like a distal femoral cause for the bow legs. If proximal tibial angle is normal then he may improve with growth modulation surgery using a 8 plate laterally.

Yes it's genu varum d/t blounts disease...

Patient is not that over weight Rule out other causes
