Dear Curofians please highlight on the case posted below. A 36 yrs old pt staying in Africa got 1st child with bony deformities of both Lower limbs(knees & ankles) Rh + No h/o any fever or drugs during pregnancy.

5 year old male child brougth by the parents with the compaint of bilateral leg deformities. x ray was performed. have a look.

I saw this case in my paediatric ward....Could anyone diagnose and can identify the clinical presentation of this case??
