16 yr old male presented with grouped vesicles over back side and front of trunk since today morning. 2 days back he was given tab albendazole...fever also present..history of chickenpox at the age of 5 yrs..lesions are not painful or itchy... what is the diagnosis

Dx : Lichen Scrofulosorum Investigations : Mantaux test , VDRL, Anti HIV 1&2 Ab test Biopsy Rx : ATD - CAT 1 regimen. antitubercular therapy (ATT) with four drugs (rifampicin, isoniazid, ethambutol and pyrazinamide) for the first two months, followed by rifampicin and isoniazid for six months. D / D : LS, Keratosis pilaris, Lichen spinulosis, Lichen nitidus and Secondary Syphilis

It's not HZ, as lesions are both sides of midline.

Mantaux test - Should be positive in most of the cases. Biopsy : Should show focal lichenoid tuberculoid granulomatous inflammation.
