16yrsF Restlessness,Chest Pain on & off since 2 months. No h/o Pain radiation ,cough,fever,dyspnea,pnd ,orthponea,syncope. Chest Scan : Normal O/E: S1,S2 heard ,No murmur,No added sound.

Sinus rhythm, T wave inversion in lead 3and avf st segment is not deviation so it seems normal. And in chest lead t Wave inversion which is seems artifact. ECG is normal . Look other cause for restlessness and cp. Pt May be in anxiety ?
