17/Male, Soft to firm swelling, Right Posterior triangle measuring 1.1x0.9 cms since last 2-3 years, slowly growing in size, Non tender, Mobile (Lymph Node??), H/Fever x previous 3 days and weight loss since last few weeks present On Aspiration, Blood mixed aspirate obtained. Scant cellularity Probable diagnosis?
