Bilateral hard immobile facial swellings

17 yrs old male, gradual development of hard immobile swelling near both angles of mandible facial bone below both ear lobules with difficulty in opening mouth with pain with disfiguration of face. Comments on probable diagnosis & treatment.?

D/d Complex odontoma Osteoma There are number of unerupted teeth present. So many impacted tooth. Advice for cbct. Treatment will be surgical excision under ga along with facial reconstruction if required Also look for syndrome,check if any other symptoms are present

It is a radioopaque lesion involving both angle is mandible, ? Bony lesion, ? Calcified fibrous lesion Differential diagnosis Peripheral osteoma of mandible Compound odontoma of both angle of mandible Focal cemento-osseous dysplasia Cemento-ossifying fibroma  Adv Surgical excision

COMPLEX ODONTOMA: a very rare tumor of Jaws. Cause: unknown,may be mutation of genes ( congenital origin), traumatic injury or infection? Surgical excision of bilateral tumors by Maxillofacial Surgical specialist under GA with removal of bunch of impacted unerupted teeth in both sides of tumor with biopsy.

Bilateral radiopaque lesion with high density. A differential diagnosis can be given which includes ?Complex composite odontome ? Cementoma ?Cemental Dysplasia ? Cementoblastoma ? Familial gigantiform cementoblastoma Please find the family history to rule out latter.
