A 20 year old pregnant women came to opd with dyspnoea , fatiguability Hemoglobin is found to be anemic on examination the following changed are seen in the tongue and there is pallor around the nose near the anterior nares comment on the findings

Geographic tongue Glossitis Stomatitis pregnancy counseling, dietary advice and therapy is very important for ensuring best pregnancy outcomes. It is recommended that full blood count should be checked in pregnancy and repeated at 28 weeks to screen for anemia.  Correction of iron deficiency in pregnancy involves appropriate diet and oral iron supplementation. Daily oral iron (60 mg) and folic acid (4 mg) and continued up to 6 months' postpartum.

Correct HB first. Give iron with vitamin c. In addition give b complex multivitamin. Do routine examination.
