17yr old female presented with painful swelling over left eyebrow since 1 month which increasing in size not asso with any discharge. no h/o any visual disturbance or headache or fever. o/e soft mass of size 2 x 2 cm over left eyebrow which is non mobile , redness + ,no warmth ,tenderness +.kindly give DD & management.

Looks like folliculitis. Hot compression Tab.augmentin 625mgBD Tab.lyser-D BD Tab.rantac 150mg BD Tab.hifenac-p BD (if pain is more severe) Ocular hygeine Review after 5days If symptoms decreased continue treatment for 3more days

Furuncle with cellulitis with ? abscess formation 1 hot compress Cap augmentin duo one cap twice daily Tab chymoral forte one tab TDS before meals Tab Aceclofenac + paracetamol one tab twice daily after meals If no response after 2-3 days then incision and drainage under local be anaesthesia.
