patient suffering from skine disease since 10yrs and he took allopathy medicine since long time skin biopsy is normal itching and dryness of skin in both lower limb abdomen trunk and chest and neck and back also effeced but upper part of the body little better but b/l lower limbs is more effected so pls suggest me what is the diagnosis.
