18 yr young male, sustained traumatic (printing machine) injury of dominant hand, Rt thumb. Xray shows chip fracture of distal phalanx. Further management?

Being a thumb defect, we did a neurovascular sensate flap k/a Littler's flap to cover the defect

There appear to be tissue loss Flap reconstruction an option

Only k were fixation and rotational skingraft

Cross finger flap could be tried or pectoral flap ..or debride the distal part followed by coverage
