AKI is common complication in the COVID 19 pts AKI was in 0.5 pts in the beginning and has increased to 3-9% But now in New York rate has increased to 50% It is occuring in the pts of healthy kidney before Covid 19 even more mortality in obese pts

Yes 3.9 % are reported case Mostly these are diabetic and DKA is to be managed
